Mutton Karahi
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mutton mix boti 1 kg
-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
-Cooking oil 1 Cup
-Tomatoes peeled and slies 600 gms
-Red chillies powder 1 tbsp
-Roasted coriander powder 1 & ½ tbsp.
-Roasted cumin powder 1& ½ tbsp.
-All spices powder 1 tsp
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Black pepper crushed 1/4 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbsp
-Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
-Green chilies 15
-Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
-Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
- Green chilli julienne 1
-2 Lemon slices
Directions:
-In pan, add oil garlic, ginger paste and mix well and sauté
2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes (cut in two halves), cover and cook on low
flame until tomatoes are soft.
-Add mutton mix boti , and cook on high flame for 8-9
minutes .
-Add salt ,red chillies powder, cumin powder, coriander
powder, mix well and cook 5 minutes on
high flame.
-Then cover & cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
-Add black pepper,all spices powder , green chilies,lemon
juice ,tomato ketchup and mix well.
-Then add ginger, fresh coriander ,green chillies, lemon
slices and cover 5 minutes on low flame & serve.

-Lehsan paste 1 tbsp
-Adrak paste 1 tbsp
-Cooking oil 1 Cup
-Tamatar peeled 600 gms
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Roasted zeera powder 1 & ½ tbsp
-Roasted dhanya powder
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
-Tomato ketchup 1tbsp
-Garam masala 1tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 15
-2 lemon slices
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 2 tbsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbsp
-haru mirch julienne 1
Directions:
-Karhai mein oil dalay phir lehsan,adrak paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2
minutes k lea saute karay.
-phir tamator dal k mix karay ,aur low flame pay cover k
rakh day yaha tak k tamator ghal jay.
-Phir mutton mix boti dal dein aur taiz anch pay 8-9 minutes
tak pakay.
-Phir namak,red chillie powder, zeera powder, daniya powder
dal k achi tarha mix kary aur 5 minutes tak taiz anch pay pakay.
-Phir cover kar k 10 mintes k leay medium anch pay pakay.
-Phir kali mirch,garam masla,hari mirchy,tomato kechup dal k
5 minutes pakay.
-Phir lemon juice,adrak, hari mirch aur dhanya dal k 5 mint
dam ke ancch pay rakhy aur serve karay.
